What are the qualifications of the "Break Relievers"?
18 years or older, take a mandated reporter course, clear background check, 3 years or more of childcare experience, CPR/FIRST AID Certified.
Is there a time minimum?
3 Hour time minimum for all services.
What is the cancellation policy?
Must cancel 72 hours before the event to qualify for a 50% refund of the quoted childcare price. This does not include the non-refundable service fee. If a client cancels after the 72 hours refundable period, a refund will not be issued. Guestroom childcare services does not qualify for a refund.
What are your rates and fees?
There is a non-refundable service fee for each event. Your service fee locks in your date and time. Every event is unique, the client will receive a quote for the total price once all details of the event are known. Payment for event child care services must be paid in full 2 week prior to the event date.
Will the "Break Reliever" bring activities?
Yes, "Go-Tab" will provide the activities, games, music and more.
Can I make a reservation directly with the "Break Reliever"
No, any service provided by a GO-TAB, LLC employee must be booked through GO-TAB, LLC.
Is there a Payment Deadline?
Yes, there is a payment deadline usually 2 weeks before the event. However, if the date and time of your booking is in high demand your payment deadline will be adjusted.
Additional Information
Water activities are not permitted. (bathing, boating, swimming)
Our Break Relievers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations may begin as early as 6:30am and/or may begin as late as 9:00pm (11:00pm for Holidays).
Our Break Relievers are able to accept a gratuity in cash if you feel that you were extended exemplary service.
